Shipping & Returns
Notify us within 3 days of receipt to arrange for return. It must be returned to us within 10 days of your original receipt. You may return most new, unopened items for a refund. Shipping costs are not refunded and the buyer assumes the responsibility for return shipping and insurance. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Any item returned must be in the original packaging and in the new and unused condition. The obvious exception is vintage items which must be received in the condition they were shipped in. Please include the original invoice. If merchandise is returned and not in the original condition as sold, no monies can be refunded.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, Japan and parts of Europe, through the postal service. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. For some heavier packages within the 48 states, we sometimes use Federal Express.
The shipping rates are based on the weight of your order. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
